Our Aciphex animation is designed to show how this proton pump inhibitor helps to block acid in the stomach that aggravates acid reflux. The challenge was to show how stomach acid reflux can cause serious damage to the esophagus, unless reduced considerably by controlling the proton pumps in the stomach lining.
